What is included in the treatment

B & B: overnight stay with breakfast.
Half Board: overnight stay with breakfast and a meal (lunch or dinner).
Full Board: overnight stay with breakfast and two meals (lunch and dinner).

Anything not expressly indicated as included in the treatment is to be considered excluded

Children and extra beds
Children up to 3 years of age stay free. It is possible to request a baby cot for free.
Children from 3 to 6 years old can stay in extra beds with a 50% discount, while from 6 to 12 years of age the discount is 30%. If sharing a room with an adult only, in a standard room, a child up to 3 years has a 70% discount.

Deposit payment
It is necessary to pay a deposit at the time of booking for an amount of € 300 for stays of at least one week. In case of shorter stays, contact the hotel first.

Once the deposit has been paid, it is necessary to send a communication to the hotel with the payment details at the email address of the hotel.

The remaining sum will be paid at the hotel. Please note that the last booking confirmation will arrive directly from the hotel.

Cancellation policy
If the booking is canceled within 14 days of the check-in date, the deposit will not be returned, but can be used for another stay within the current season.

If cancellation occurs after this deadline, the deposit will be retained as a penalty.

Prepay by bank transfer:

If the full amount has been paid at the time of booking, please send proof of payment by bank transfer via email.
In case of cancellation, for a refund or for a possible modification of the booking, contact the hotel directly.

Booking changes
For changes to the dates of stay or the type of rooms or treatment, you must contact the hotel directly, subject to availability by the management.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax is not included in the total budget and must be paid in cash at check-in.
The tourist tax is being defined by the Municipality of Cervia.

Receipts and Invoices
Our reservation system does not require the invoice (or receipt or receipt) to be sent to a consumer (not a VAT number), according to the art. 22 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of 26/10/1972 n. 633 and the article 2, letter oo) of the DPR December 21st 1996, n. 696 (as confirmed by Resolution No. 274 / E of November 5, 2009).

Generally, a consumer does not need an invoice. In order to guarantee the reservation, you can, in fact, keep the receipt of your booking, sent by e-mail after confirmation.
If you still wish to request an invoice, please contact the hotel no later than 72 hours after confirmation, specifying the details to be entered in the invoice.
